A Culinary Journey Grounded in Experience

Angie trained at Silwood School of Cookery and has worked in some of South Africa’s most respected kitchens such as Chef’s Warehouse, La Colombe and Fyn — as well as in a Michelin-starred restaurant in France. These years in professional kitchens gave her a deep respect for technique, precision, and remarkable ingredients.

Her shift into private cheffing came from a desire to connect more personally with food — and with people. For Angie, a meal is never just about the food, it’s about how it makes people feel.

The Process

Every experience begins with a conversation. Angie works with each client to understand the setting, the tone, and the preferences. From there, she builds a bespoke menu and handles everything from planning and sourcing to cooking, plating, and clearing.

All you need to do is arrive hungry.

CANAPÉS

Fig and bree mini tartlets. Caprese and prosciutto skewers, balsamic glaze.

Seared tuna bites, lettuce cups and tamarind dressing.

Thai lime Beef fillet crostini, aioli and chives.

Peking duck pancakes, hoisin, cucumber.

Meat & Fish

Reverse-seared beef fillet with sun-dried tomato and shiitake dressing, shaved parmesan and wild rocket.

Whole roasted kabeljou with cherry tomato, olive & caper salsa.

Garlic & chilli grilled tiger prawns, finished with fresh lime.

Slow roasted lamb shoulder with preserved lemon, pistachio & mint salsa.

Homemade rosemary focaccia with sea salt & olive oil.

Crispy smashed potatoes with whipped feta & chimichurri.

Red pepper risotto with pine nut & sage beurre noisette.
